This agreement governs customer use of LAPTOPCARE.CA an online subscription service, the use of which is licensed and provided for by LAPTOPCARE.CA on the terms and conditions hereof. By accepting delivery of the computer systems, other products and or services and support described on that service depots or invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.

The information contained on laptopcare.ca website is to provide a general overview of our products and services and may change without notice. The information also does not contain all of the applicable terms, conditions, limitations or exclusions of the products or services described.

ONLINE TRAINING & SUPPORT SERVICES

LAPTOPCARE.CA do not provided telephone support to any technical inquiries such as PCs, LCD monitors, laptop or satellite receivers. Telephone inquires only serves LAPTOPCARE.CA contract partners, or customers whom have received in-shop services from this site and are still within the period of the 7-day support. We give priority to answering questions via email, from LAPTOPCARE.CA contract partners, all other inquires and support are provided by technicians in the order of received and the level of difficulties. We offer free general consultations, and subscription based in-dept technical support. LAPTOPCARE.CA is not a university PC class room or laboratory; We do not answer any questions regarding the theoretical analysis and PC laptop fundamentals, research projects, or exploring the future developments of technologies. We provide problem solutions encountered in your daily use of PCs, LAPTOPCARE.CA do not provide solutions to any questions beyond this scope. We welcome all technicians and engineers to join LAPTOPCARE.CA  to solve problems and troubles during our work and study.

FINAL USER CONFIRMATION

YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. MOREOVER YOU AGREE THAT THIS IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LAPTOPCARE.CA, AND SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
